The Words On My 19″ Monitor Are Fuzzy And Unclear. How Do I Make It Clear?

I recently changed my monitor from a 17" to a 19". The words are very unclear and hard to read. How do I make it clear and easy to read.

I am guessing that you have an LCD and it is not set to its native resolution. Right click on your empty desktop and click properties in the dropdown list. Most 19″ monitors are 1280 x 1024.
Try changing the resolution to the monitors ‘native’ resolution, that should be stated in the users manual or pamphlet you got with the monitor. Any other resolution causes interpolation which in turn causes fuzziness. hope that helps. Good Luck!
try the automatic button on the monitor to adjust the settings
If you over drive the gun you can make it fuzzy. Is the brightness up too high or the contrast to sharp? It may have developed a problem in the focus circuit. Some monitors have an adjustment. You should BE CAUTIOUS when making adjustments as hi voltage is effected by these circuits and small changes may cause more problems. MAKE SURE you can return to the prior setting. It is a signal that the high voltage circuit is not set up or functioning properly.
The motherboard's onboard video port is usually disabled if you have an add-on video card inserted into an expansion slot. I don't think that will work.
No harm in trying though, so give it a shot and see what happens.

There are a couple of diseases that could fit these descriptions.
As far as the swelling, the causes could be as minor as constipation or as serious as dropsy (this is a symprtom, not an actual condition, as it has a number of causes – the main characteristic is that the body swells from not being able to get rid of fluids, and the swelling makes the scales stick up away from the body like a pine cone).
As to the "fuzzy", this could be caused by Saprolegnia or Achlya (usually lumped together as "Saprolegnia" or "body fungus", even though neither is considered a fungus any longer) or Columnaris, a bacterial infection which appears more like a fungus. The two can be separated because Columnaris has shorter filaments which tend to be matted, rather than long and straight so the individual filaments can be distinguished. Columnaris typically has a circular outline, where "fungal" infections are irregular in thier shape.

The cut should be sanded down with fine sandpaper getting progressively finer before burnishing with Brasso or fine cutting compound then polishing could be done by hand but easier with a power linisher and polishing paste.
