Blank LCD Monitor – How Much Would it Cost to Repair a 19″ LCD Monitor?

I'd like a rough benchmark from any repair shop owners here about how much it might cost to repair this monitor. It's a 3-year old LCD (expired warranty) and it seems like a power or inverter board problem.
BTW I want to repair (not replace) this monitor as it has been working pretty well, until now.
