Excellent glare reducer used by someone in my office who is bothered by glare. Somewhat reduces the brightness of the screen, but if it’s really the glare of an overhead light or something that bothers you, you’ll be delighted with it. Definitely a great item, works well.
But just a word of caution:
Installation is extremely simple once you figure it out… The problem is the installation sheet, which is so awful it is laughable. Some things are translated into about 8 languages, but not the assembly / installation instructions, which are a basically unmarked set of small diagrams (so you have to figure out for yourself that they’re the installation instructions!) What’s more, these diagrams are so poorly done, that it never explains (a) that one set of clips should be installed for flat-screen monitors, and another set of clips for regular CRT-type monitors, (b) nor does it properly tell you or show you how to orient that second-type of clip. So, I ended up attaching the wrong clips, in the wrong orientation, and after they’d snapped into place, couldn’t get them off without hacking away at it with a screwdriver.
That said, once you’ve picked the correct set of clips and put it on the monitor properly, it’ll simply rest on your monitor under the force of gravity, but the rubbery pad of the clips will keep them from slipping.
Incidently, this is being used in our office in conjunction with a Kantek “adjustable monitor visor” selling for around $20 also on Amazon. If you buy this item too, it’s best to first put the anti-glare screen on, and then put the visor on over that — and you may wish to have a strip of double-sided tape to help lift the visor up just a bit because of the position of the anti-glare-screen’s “clips”. The two together make a fairly good pair of items, although putting on atop the other doesn’t look like it’s the most stable thing in the world.
Just the quality that you can expect from 3M, a perfect choice to protect your eyes.
great video
If you have a problem with “double-you tee eff,” I really don’t care; you can “hmm…” me all you want.
Remember that “If You Printed Twitter” image that made the social media rounds two weeks ago? A similarly formatted graphic that describes the state of Internet use and adoption has been published today for your infotainment. The focus is on exactly who uses the Internet, and how often. It breaks things down by gender, age, income level, and nationality. It even serves up average broadband speeds for both landline and mobile users at the bottom. Some of this stuff surprised us a bit — For example, desktop computers are still much more common than laptops. You wouldn’t guess that in day-to-day life in the developed world — at least not when it comes to personal use. Here are some of the other points (the image itself is farther down): – There’s no gender bias when it comes to the Internet; 74% of men use it, and so do 74% of women. – The older people are, the less likely they are to use the Internet. 93% of people ages 18-29 use it, but only 38% of people 65+ do. 65 is where the big…

the only filter that sand does not work with is undergravel filters
if the sand is very fine then when useing a power filter you will need to get a sponge to put on the inlet tube to keep the sand out
if you have an under gravel filter you can get a fine gravel that is natural at most pet store or even a landscapeing store
Best way to get inside the head of police or security personnel is to either be one or know one. Talk to one that’s a friend of a friend or family member (if you must) and you’ll find that they tend to notice anything amiss. When they do, they will look more closely. Personally, I dislike cops, don’t trust them, and don’t want any attention from them. My car is absolutely nondescript for this reason: no bumper stickers, no aftermarket antenna, no vanity tag, not even anything hanging from the rearview mirror (they can ticket you for “obstructed view”=unsafe driving). If they never notice me at all, I’m happy.

I also have a Sony Bravia and it's connected to my computer using a DVI-to-HDMI cable:
There is a setting called Display Area in one of the setup menus on my Bravia, which controls Overscan/Underscan. It must be set to "full pixel" for the computer image to be displayed edge-to-edge with no overscan (edges cut off) or underscan (black border on all 4 sides).
See if that setting is available on your Sony, and good luck.

you use special rings to attach the holder to your lenses. So you need one ring per diameter (i.e. one per lens).

Your baby monitor sucks, just over a year and it won't turn off, won't charge, and is now making a woodpecker sound.
Sponge filters are great for small tanks. I have some that are small enough to fit in a beta bowl.
Look on ebay for "sponge filter". You'll find tons of models.
Ho yeah… what's good about sponge filters is that they only cost a few $!

It's impossible to use a laptop as an external monitor without opening it up and doing some soldering with your own cables.
I saw an interview recently with them two and Debbie revealed that Bill told her to have fun and say whatever. I knew she was ad libing in this episode. Loved messing with her sister. Awesome episode.

If it's up and down jiggling, that's probably a vertical failure about to happen. While it could be a loose solder connection, it's more likely that a vertical IC is failing. Also, it could be an electrolytic capacitor drying out and going up in ESR value. There's other possibilities, too.
Ignore the previous answer. He has no clue.
Hell yea Xenodamus! I still have my 17″ trinitron from 5 years ago and I’m not departing with it till it breaks. It has the best blacks I have ever seen to date and the pixel pitch is fantastic!
I suggest you to contact the Indian Embassy.
Peter has a point. For the FAQ, if you were actually usiong a CRT, you might benefit setting the refreshment rate (Hz) up higher. Lower frequentcies make me feel uncomfortable, and depressed over time, and setting it up higher actually makes me feel 'refreshed'.
Maybe I'm just crazy.
As with anything in this respect, maybe even reading materials, the focusing muscles in the eye are held in the same position for the entire time you look at your monitor (or book, or TV). This can cause general fatigue, headaches (cramping of the eye muscles) and focus problems down the line, something that the cavemen never had to adapt to while throwing small rocks at small animals they want to eat, and large rocks at large animals that want to eat them.
